Due to the rapid expansion of the business and national sales force, our client is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead UC Sales across the group. Role: Based in the North-West or South of the UK, you will be managing sales teams nationwide against monthly / annual sales and retention targets. Proactively manage and drive sales and account management activity, ensuring conformance to CRM Accurate sales forecasting and ownership of the Sales Budget at Gross Profit level. Producing accurate sales reports and MI to enable and support progress with sales performance against targets and Budget Proactively review key customer bids and sales proposals, developing and dressing commercials on deals with attention to detail Effectively managing existing key customer accounts with the primary objective to retain and grow these accounts using Elite’s extensive product portfolio Successfully selling unified communications (UC) solutions e.g. Mobile, PBX, Hosted PBX, MPLS & Connectivity Nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities Taking a consultative approach to selling, you will attend customer meetings to demonstrate and pitch suitable technology solutions and personally mentor and coach sales people in successful face to face sales. Experience You will be experienced in successfully selling unified communications (UC) solutions e.g. PBX, Hosted PBX, MPLS & Connectivity to corporate customers You will have a proven track record of successful account management demonstrating account development planning having delivered retention and growth on corporate customers. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and building positive business relationships, being a strong and confident communicator. You will take a proactive approach towards all aspects of the role to ensure sales targets are exceeded. You will have a smart and professional appearance with excellent people and presentation skills. You will be experienced in successfully selling mobile solutions to SMEs and corporate customers. You will be experienced in successfully leading and managing sales teams to deliver against sales and retention targets.
