Regional Human Resources Project Manager (3 month temporary contract) Region: Willesden, Milton Keynes and Bourne Salary: £32,000 p.a. benefits car allowance Our client is a well established and successful Health and Leisure company. They are piloting a new Resource Planning & Management system in preparation for a company-wide rollout in 2017. The site-by-site set-up process requires specific support from the People perspective and this role will provide that support. Working closely with the Head of I.T., Director of Finance and site managers, you will provide an essential support service, auditing and transferring employee data, amending relevant HR policy documents, training managers and teams on the system and protecting the team spirit. You will report to the Head of People (HR) and work on additional projects as requested, initially that being a focus on the need for new and revised policies in support of the RP&M system and then the wider business. The employee handbook will be the secondary focus of this role. You will have a strong generalist background (CIPD Qualification) and have learnt how to balance the rigidity of employment legislation with the needs of real people.
