My client is looking for a Showroom Manager to provide exceptional hospitality and service to all clients. The successful candidate will educate clients on all the company's products and services as well as fully displaying the company's values and brands. You will also provide support to the sales team by generating leads and resources. Location: Clerkenwell Salary: £30 - £40k. Occasional travel may be required Key Duties Schedule, organise, promote and host events and functions for all aspects of the company Responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the showroom Continuous focus on growing and improving client relationships and working to maximise the client and customer brand experience through outstanding customer service. Arranging meetings and managing the meeting and event space calendar as well as general administrative duties including managing the phones, upkeep and maintenance of the front of house experience suite Proactively manage leads generated and support the relevant Sales Managers by ensuring all project leads are maintained on CRM systems Utilise the database to enable the Sales Managers to proactively engage with the project participants Managing budgets and holding responsibility for ensuring all relevant marketing collateral and consumables are up to date and in stock Ensuring all visits are accurately captured and reports and analysis are produced on visitor metrics and KPI's Ensuring that all staff are trained on all aspects across the full product range and that all training requirements are met Maintain close working relationship with the Marketing department and actively promote the brand and values Key requirements Commercially driven, professional and used to communicating at all levels Experience in bathroom sales and design Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work on own initiative, problem solve, handle difficult situations, decision making Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients and staff Strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships as well as strong organisational skills with attention to detail Should have technical credibility, attention to detail, organised, interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
