Restaurant with rooms requires a Sous chef – up to £23,000 Tips– Ashbourne Great working hours This well known fresh food restaurant set in a beautiful market town in Derbyshire is looking to recruit a Sous chef to assist in the running of this busy kitchen – The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background ideally gastro pub or brasserie/bistro Please note that this is a small kitchen with just Head, Sous chef and trainee in the kitchen – serving up to 60 covers a day. This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Chef de Partie or an existing Sous chef. You must be passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This Derbyshire restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. This busy restaurant can produce food for around 50/70 covers on an average service. They serve a bistro/brasserie style menu The establishment uses all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
