My client are a global manufacturing company providing integrated manufacturing solutions for Aerospace, Defence, Medical and other related industries. Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator Salary (Depending on experience) Day shifts: Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1.30pm. 25 days' holiday. Pension, life assurance and discount schemes. Key Responsibilities: Site maintenance responsibility for Machining sites in Wrexham Look to maximise machine availability through CBM, PM and rapid response maintenance. Liaise with Operations to ensure alignment with the needs of the business. And report KPI's to management to show continual understanding of equipment status. Interactions with Group facilities team to ensure business objectives are met. Carry out fault finding on both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on a range of CNC equipment. Control the ordering of replacements and spares and also organising Subcontract maintenance activity as required. Ensure a high level of housekeeping is maintained and non-essential breakdowns and repairs are carried out within working areas. To assist with Lean Manufacturing projects when required from a maintenance perspective. Who are we looking for? Must have experience of working in a CNC manufacturing environment. Experience of working on CNC Machinery in particular from manufacturers such as Mazak, Mori Seiki, Huron, Bridgeport or equivalents would be a great advantage. Must be time served holding relevant Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance qualifications or have equivalent experience. Experience of maintaining mechanical equipment such as pneumatics and hydraulics is required together with general PLC knowledge. Must be used to working with a computerised Maintenance CMMS system. FLT & Scissor Lift license desirable, although not essential as training can be given.
