With the growth of Bertrandt UK, we are looking for a project manager to support the PMO within our company. The project manager will the support the existing and future customer based projects, working with the Bertrandt management & engineering teams in UK, Germany & Turkey. Key responsibilities include: Managing the PMO and providing leadership to the wider team Reporting, tracking and maintaining progress of deliverables across programs to internal and external stakeholders. Providing Program Management support and solutions for Project Leaders Developing unique high level plans and enabling tools/processes to successfully deliver program deliverables. Standardise and optimize project management processes and tools. provide advice and training to users of the PM system in place. assists project managers with their operational project work Coordinate interdependent projects and programs Coordinate resource availability between project and department managers Manage the approval process for new project applications Change Management Issue management reporting Project milestone/gateway report outs Leading meetings with the Program Team to ensure Engineering requirements are understood and included within program planning Skills, experience and qualifications required: A proven background in Program or Project Management meeting demanding timescales, with regular reporting to stakeholders, change management control and cost effective delivery. Demonstrable resolution of challenging issues with customer interface at all levels Project management skills with a thorough attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate use of initiative, perseverance and liaison skills. Applicants need to be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Project Experience in design and development tools – eFDVS, GPDS is preferred. Travel as required.
