Multi-Unit Store Manager – Branded Hospitality Operator - Job Summary We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site / Store manager to take a step up in to this busy multi-unit operation. If you are looking to diversify your experience and take that step in to a exciting role then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a talented individual who thrives when leading by example and can demonstrate a passion for quality customer service standards and exemplary food and drink delivery. You will have full P&L responsibility and be accustomed to working to targets that include GP. The ideal candidate will be a Branded Manager who has worked in a large turnover environment, and who is looking to take a step up into a role where they will drive results through building and developing a team to be able to deliver a fantastic experience. Multi-Unit Store Manager – Branded Hospitality Operator - Role Responsibility To control and monitor the financial performance of the units and to maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets Manage a large team, leading by example in setting required standards Organise and supervise the unit in accordance to the required and set standards To establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisation To continually drive towards service excellence, customer satisfaction and delivering innovation in all areas Have control over the P&L of the unit and organise, plan and execute business needs with focus on P&L requirements Have a keen eye for detail ensuring unit presentation is maintained to the highest level at all times To develop and coach the existing team to a high standard, in order deliver great customer service Multi-Unit Store Manager – Branded Hospitality Operator - The Ideal Candidate Have previous experience as a Branded Manager Have sound knowledge and experience as a barista - branded experience is essential Is fully commercially aware and have be P&L accountable Worked in a busy, high pressurised environment viewing targets as a healthy challenge and not a chore Real passion and enthusiasm for both quality customer service and food and drink delivery Experience of managing and working with large teams Hands on managerial approach, leading by example at all times Good knowledge of food production methods and procedures Excellent communication skills Previous management experience within a food-led business, preferably with extensive coffee experience Be able to work occasional weekend shifts to cover holiday and sickness Working 5 our of 7 days with some weekends off Detail2Leisure is a division of Detail2Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency.
