Commis chef/Kitchen Assistant – Multi rosette Rural Country House Hotel – up to £17, doe - North Yorkshire This well known Multi rosette Hotel in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Kitchen assistant/ Commis chef to join this successful small brigade. The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce all in house and utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality. This busy small hotel set in the Dales is looking to recruit kitchen assistant to become an integral part of their kitchen team. This kitchen assistant position will suit an organized person with a keen eye for detail. You will have an excellent attitude to work. A keen interest in food would be an advantage. This hotel has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. The role involves general kitchen duties along with some veg prep. You must have pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail. You must have knowledge of health and hygiene along with health and safety.
