We offer a private client stockbroking service as well as our own in house independent financial adviser who can source products from the whole of the market. As a result of expansion we are recruiting for local Business Development Managers to satisfy demand in key UK locations. Working on qualified and self-generated leads, the Business Development Manager will meet with prospective Clients, complete comprehensive fact finds for the appropriate service and recognise other areas where the Client might benefit from advice from one of our solicitors or our Wealth Management team. The Role: The role is a self-employed one which is client facing in support of Lawcomm Solicitors. In addition you will look to further build your independent business through your network of contacts. You will also be proactive in identifying customer needs and adhering to our core business and regulatory processes. Experience within the Financial Services or Legal Services industries is desirable, however full training will be provided to those individuals from a Consultative or Commercial background who demonstrate significant mental agility and a passion to support clients with their legal service needs. Applicants with face to face sales experience, perhaps gained in a financial environment e.g. Mortgage Adviser, Financial Adviser etc are invited to apply. The main functions of the role are to: · Build your business in a specified geographic area, normally within 25 miles of your home base · Visit clients with a view to taking instructions for a range of pre- agreed legal services · Maintaining contact with Clients during the course of their transaction · Promote the company’s products and services, satisfying clients identified needs Required Mandatory licence or certification : · Drivers Licence · Own car · All applicants will be DBS checked prior to joining the company and a well presented professional image is essential · This role will require applicants to complete a company in house training course.
