A decisive, people-focused and highly communicative individual is required to drive cutting-edge learning and development initiatives across the EMEA regions. The role: Work with internal experts from the leadership team to create engaging L&D programmes, focused on a broad range of media and creative skills Deliver empowering and relevant workshops at all levels Ensure that all L&D releases are booked onto the proprietary system and high quality materials are released Promote the power of flexibility through e-learning Conduct thorough needs analysis for effective course designs Full system management, including data updates, marketing courses, attendee lists etc Pre and post course evaluation, produce reports for senior management Network across EMEA to communicate business objectives and track L&D needs - attend staff meetings, conference calls and keep abreast of industry sector news Help internal clients to deliver L&D courses, build effective working relationships with subject matter experts to create content, gather information and regular feedback Course analysis feedback, understanding changes required and adjusting or changing L&D as required Represent the L&D function and all relevant outcomes in leadership meetings Advance marketing of forthcoming programmes on a quarterly basis Promote, chase, manage and track attendance of all L&D programmes Produce detailed monthly reports on all L&D activities and present to board The person: Highly organised and communicative BA or Masters level degree preferably in a media field Ideally experience of working in a media/creative environment If you are interested in applying for this role, please submit your CV via this post and an mdhr consultant will be in touch.
