Technical Customer Service Advisor Location: Telford Salary: Up to £14,040 per annum pro rata Employment type: Permanent Hours per week: 20-37.5 hours Shifts- Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm with potential to cover weekends for the right candidates. Training - 3 Full Weeks - Monday - Friday-09:00-17:30 (Part time candidates would need to complete 3 weeks at full time hours). Start Date - - 17th October 2016 The role We are looking for keen, enthusiastic and focused Technical Customer Service Advisors. You must have a passion for excellent Customer Service and the drive to succeed as well as the ability to practically apply technical skill to the role for which full training will be provided. You’ll bring with you strong customer service experience gained either face to face or over the phone. You’ll also be confident, engaging, have a clear and concise phone voice and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Objectives of the role Delivering excellent customer service of a technical nature on every customer contact Ability to build rapport with customers, proactively developing customer relationships to increase loyalty for our leading brand Provide an excellent tailored service for every customer Resolving all customer enquiries first time Required abilities and attributes Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Strong IT skills Strong time management and organisational skills Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies Analytical skills Good problem solving skills Helpful and friendly attitude and behaviour towards customers and colleagues Technical support experience may be beneficial but is not essential We offer a fun working environment where you will be fully supported in your role.
