Due to the growing demand for their solutions they are looking for Business Analyst- Payroll and Benefits Software to join the team in Reading. Responsibilities: Writing select requirements and user stories by gathering feedback and input from the business and end users Prioritising and cropping the product backlog Working to unblock developers, answer questions, clarify cases and ensure tasks & sub-tasks are properly vetted and documented Work on the overall product roadmap and perform competitive feature specific analysis of gained from other solution providers Perform other agile tasks such as sprint retro, demo and feature review meetings Gather, prioritise and organise features into stories Work with the business, CTO and the dev team to define the vision, goals and objectives for the product to create an actionable plan, a roadmap of incremental improvements and iterative development that will deliver revenue to the business Communicate product status, issues, risk and implementation estimates to the team Required experience: Previous Business Analysis experience with Payroll and benefits software. We would consider HR professionals with Payroll & Benefits expertise. Someone who has been through an implementation or two but ultimately knows everything there is to know about payroll & benefits products Experience in an agile product development team would be desirable Strong communication skills with an ability to drive credibility and influence both internally and externally Ability to learn and understand fast and complex systems and processes Salesforce experience an advantage This job was originally posted as
