Responsibilities •To own and nurture the relationship between the company and our customers, being the point of contact to explain inspection reports and convert remedial quotes into sales orders. •To be an ambassador for the company and promote the wider range of products and services to our customers and through this the generate leads and ultimately sales through contact with, via all available means, including telephone, face to face, email and cold calling to potential new customers. •To exceed sales, conversion, leads and calls targets set, to report weekly on progress and to maintain these records accurately and accordingly. •Evaluate your accounts sales and gross profit performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements. •Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner. •Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed. •Work in compliance with company policies and procedures. •To ensure all procedures in company handbook are adhered to and to ensure paperwork is completed correctly. •To ensure customer satisfaction is given to all customers no matter how large or small. •To abide to company rules, Health and Safety and quality policies. •Carry out all reasonable tasks, requests or projects as requested. Minimum Experience required •Significant and demonstrable account management experience within and B2B environment. •Competency in managing customer relationships via telephone and email contact •Experience in implementing and maintaining internal sales process. Key Skills, Characteristics and Experience •Must have a proven track record in sales having exceeded quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets over several years. •Commercially astute with a strong understanding of sales processes. •Experience in using a CRM system is essential. •Experience of key account management, commercial and contract negotiations. •Of the highest ethical standards.
