NRG are delighted to be working with a leading marketing specialist to recruit for a HR Manager. The role is newly created and will be instrumental to the growth and development of the organisation. As HR Manager you will provide support across the business alongside coaching and advising with employee relations, policy and procedural development, disciplinaries and grievances and employee engagement. Duties involve: · Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers · Recruitment and selection · Development of HR policies and procedures · Delivery of key HR objectives · Employee engagement · Identification and improvement of HR processes · HR data management and reporting To be considered for this role you must have solid senior Advisory / Management experience. My client is a growing organisation and it is expected that the role will grow in line with this. A degree in HR Management / CIPD qualification is highly desirable as is proven experience in a similar role. You must be used to working in a fast paced and ever changing environment and current knowledge of employment law is essential.
