Key Objectives: Support the delivery ICT SLA services to schools Ensure effective support is in place in order to fulfil SLA obligations Create innovative service offerings in order to expand the service Promote the service, ensuring the ECC is the first choice for the clients schools Deliver a Technician on Site and in the Workshop role Skills, Abilities and Behaviours: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Skilled in use of the Microsoft Office software suite. Good understanding of IT customer support within a corporate environment. Experience of supporting large numbers of users in a corporate environment through ITIL best practice methods and standards. Demonstrate strong commitment customer service. Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude. Has a high degree of integrity. Shows resilience under pressure.
