We are currently seeking a Talent and Capability Manager for a well known global organisation based in South West London. This is a 6 month temporary position, with a view for the successful candidate to be able to start immediately. This role’s primary responsibility is to lead and implement projects to progress talent management road map and to enhance the quality of long-term talent pipeline from both a Group and Segment perspective. Responsibilities Design · To work closely with both third party suppliers, the BPU Talent team, other HR Centres of Excellence, Segment Talent teams & Academy Learning colleagues across the organisation to design high quality and pragmatic tools, programmes and supporting organisational systems. · Align design activity with the University and talent agenda ensuring external best practice and high quality design methodologies are utilised. · Lead or support identification and design of integration opportunities between Talent, Learning, Resourcing, Performance management and strategic workforce planning processes, tools and activities · Provide leading technical input on specific design projects, Deliver · Work with the existing team to establish talent governance to support delivery of the talent agenda in the most impactful way · Operational Risk andto ensure high quality solutions in all areas of joint responsibility · Ensure and maintain high quality delivery from project inception to business as usual operation · Maintain accurate view of spend (budget v actual) and ensure all accruals are submitted, invoices checked and authorised as appropriate · Take ownership of delivery of: o Leadership Expectations assets, interventions and comms o Design, scheduling and delivery of talent offerings and assets o Key elements of HR Modernisation programme o Online and informal talent and learning performance support tools and assets Analyse · Establish clear criteria to measure the impact of interventions · Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the tools, programmes and organisational systems and look for areas of continuous improvement · Establish data frameworks and practices for undertaking regular analysis of talent data that yields intelligence on operational and strategic capability issues · Support design and embedding of strategic talent priorities identification process, tools and activities at Group and Segment level · Review performance data with key stakeholders and identify recommendations for opportunities and improvements We consider every CV that is submitted to us, however please note that time constraints mean we are only able to get back to those applications that are successful.We may retain your details to match against future job opportunities.
