The Role: Supporting the HSQE Manager on sites across the UK, the HSQE Advisor will be responsible for assisting with site audits to ensure that all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management systems are legally sound and suitably implemented. Other responsibilities will include: Aiding the HSQE Manager in the completion of documentation Assisting with the provision of technical support on HSQE issues to both internal and external personnel, including Senior Management, clients and subcontractors Providing support to the HSQE Manager during the design and implementation of new frameworks for HSQE across the company, and offering ideas and insight Assisting in ensuring HSQE incidents are correctly reported and investigated The Requirements: The following attributes are essential : Minimum NEBOSH certificate Experience of systems such as OHSAS18001, ISO14001, BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Ability to prepare Quality Plans Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA, IRCA or other 5 years’ experience of HSQE in a similar environment – Engineering or Manufacturing Internal/Head Auditor QMS, EMS or H&S qualification and experience The following are desirable : Higher education qualification NEBOSH certificate in Fire Risk Management The Company: Established for over 100 years, our client is one of the world’s foremost refrigeration solution providers for industrial process, marine and commercial customers, with cutting edge production capabilities worldwide.
