The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Restaurant manager should come from a rosette accredited property and have Managerial /Supervisor experience. This is preferred but not essential for the role of Assistant Restaurant manager as strong Restaurant / food and beverage Supervisors will be considered. As Assistant Restaurant manager you will be required to assist in running the fine dining restaurant , functions, events , bars on a day to day basis. The Assistant Restaurant manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high. The Assistant Restaurant manager also must have wine knowledge The working pattern for the Assistant Restaurant manager will be straights with 5 days out of seven, as the business requires. It is essential for the ideal candidate to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.
