This temporary to permanent role will suit an experienced service co-ordinator / office administrator, with an energetic and professional outlook - looking to make a long-term move into a small local company. You will be happy to take responsibility for your own tasks, but also willing to help out in other areas of the company, as everyone helps everyone else out during busy times, and a hands-on approach, a calm nature and 'can do’ approach will be appreciated. Your ability to prioritise and be able to multi task efficiently and accurately is essential. Skills Required : · Proactive with exceptional organisational skills · Able to prioritise and work under pressure in a small team setting · Ensure operational processes are carried out end to end · Maintain a positive, customer focused outlook even when under pressure or busy. · Familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel. · Excellent telephone manner and ability to follow up on associated paperwork.
