HR Manager (Part Time) 3 days per week - Full Time Equivalent Salary of c. £25,000-£26,500 Sale My client is a well established organisation based in Sale, Cheshire, with an excellent position within its market sector. They are now looking for an HR Manager / HR Officer to join them and manage the HR function on a standalone basis. This will be for 3 days per week (24 hours). This will be a varied role acting as the company's sole point of contact within HR. Responsibilities will include managing all employee relations matters within the organisation (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management etc.), supporting and coaching managers through the process, ensuring the company's policies and procedures are up to date and embedded, and coordinating the overall recruitment, learning and development processes within the business. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, ideally in a standalone capacity for an SME and with excellent overall generalist HR knowledge. Candidates with CIPD qualification (part or fully qualified) would be preferred although those with substantial experience will also be considered. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships within all areas of the business. This is an excellent opportunity which would suit either an HR Manager or experienced HR Advisor looking for a part time opportunity within a fast-paced, friendly business.
