Chef de Partie required - Multi rosette hotel - £18,000 - £19,000 Great Tips – Live in available - Harrogate North Yorkshire This well known high quality Hotel complete with a gastro/brasserie operation nr Harrogate in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a chef de partie to join this successful brigade of 8. This Chef de Partie role would suit an experienced demi or Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire Hotel is rapidly has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire and produce from an nearby estate. They are very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a daily market menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality. This busy brasserie menu produces food for up to 100 covers a day. You will have multi rosette experience but also some volume experience due to the banqueting this hotel can do.
