My client is currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join them, on a part time, permanent basis. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Preparation of information for payroll for 250 employees Checking and inputting of data Producing reports for Management Liaising with the HMRC Processing p45 and p46's Distributing wage slips Liaising with relevant departments and completing month end reconciliations Keeping up to date with relevant legislation Liaising with employee benefits providers Overseeing auto-enrolment Updating starters / leavers / changes to employee details HR administrative duties First point of contact for all pay and reward related queries My client is looking for someone to work between 15 and 25 hours per week - the ideal background is someone that is happy to support on all areas of HR, payroll and reward, who has good working knowledge of HR / payroll systems and excel. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work towards tight deadlines and have the ability to plan and organise their workload. This job was originally posted as
