Customer Support Engineers (Graduate and Experienced hires ) Graphics Software Products. A renowned name in the Consumer Electronics development market has several openings for both experienced and graduate level Engineers in their Customer Engineering team. This Customer Support role offers you the chance to take a front seat in experiencing products being developed from the first power up to the final production devices. Following an initial period of training, successful Engineers will take direct responsibility for a key customer’s graphics software products, training customers in their use of product deliverables and solving customer issues. Your Skills & attributes: A Degree in Computer Science or Electronics related subject. Proven C / C++ programming skills (from academia or previous job). Understanding of software debug and design techniques for modern Operating systems. Ability to clearly communicate technical information. Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently. Nice to have experience of: Embedded Systems. Android or Linux OS’s. Device Drivers within high level operating systems.
