Our offices are located near Enfield Chase (National Rail) station and a short walk from Enfield Town (London Overground) station. The A10 is just a mile away. The M25 (Junctions 24 or 25) is only a few miles away The Role We require an intelligent and self-motivated person wishing to complete their training contract in our vibrant commercial property department; with a view to progression within the department. Whilst the emphasis will be on commercial property and supporting our company commercial team, the successful applicant will also be expected to gain some experience in residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement. Requirements Ideally, you will have already started a training contract and wish to transfer, or have previous qualifying experience, particularly in contentious work. You should be able to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic and forward thinking team. Energy and enthusiasm will be rewarded by high quality training and support. Property experience would be an advantage, together with familiarity with specialist legal software (SOS Connect). However, the applicant must have good keyboard skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and be capable of working under pressure in a busy legal office.
