Project and Service Delivery Manager Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday Interviewing asap for an October start Birmingham, car owner Job Type: Permanent £24k plus £450 a month car allowance Benefits include company pension scheme available, death in service 4x salary, in addition to 24 days holiday per year in addition to bank holidays and a discretionary profit related bonus scheme. Our clients new Project and Service Delivery Manager will assume responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of multiple projects. You will be involved with the co-ordination of internal and third party resources for the successful completion of the projects whilst being the face of the company at all times. This customer focused role is Kings Norton, Birmingham based with potential for some visits to key customer sites. Working as a vital member of an expanding service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing effective service delivery and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, whilst seeking to strengthen and develop relationships. You will be responsible for the delivery of IT services to key clients, liaising regularly to ensure the delivery of agreed SLAs and for ensuring that those clients are completely satisfied with the services they receive from our client Responsibilities Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working in collaboration with other departments for support aligned with Service Delivery activities Manage successful end-to-end delivery of complex client projects to meet business requirements within traditional constraints of timescale and cost and to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget Regularly review progress of projects, effectively managing change of requirements, milestones and risks, communicating findings and proposed resolutions to relevant key stakeholders Develop highly effective working relationships across the client organisation and with suppliers to ensure successful project delivery and best value from third parties Capture project requirements, specifying quality of the deliverables and estimating resources and timescales To apply you will need Commercial Awareness Stakeholder Needs, Wants and Expectations IT Service Procedures and Best Practice Company Policies, Processes and Procedures To apply for the role of Project and Service Delivery Manager please email your cv to Tina Lacey Recruitment Tina Lacey Recruitment are committed to giving full free pre-interview advice and guidance right throughout the interview process.
