L&D Project Manager - £40,000 - £45,000 - Manchester - 12 month fixed term An exciting opportunity to join this fast-paced and commercial Manchester brand as they embark on a transformational journey and invest in people development. This role will be wide ranging, with the ability to influence and provide input to the development agenda, aswell as designing and delivering learning programmes which are sustainable and enable individuals to have clear career paths with solid succession planning in place. You will work very collaboratively with the wider HR and L&D teams, interpreting needs and turning ideas into engaging and value add programmes. You will have a particular focus on management development, linking this through to competencies and behaviours at all levels of management. You will take ideas from conception right through the design and delivery phase, to evaluation and beyond as part of this role, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have excelled in an L&D capacity previously, and will have a full and varied toolkit of development interventions to hand. You will also be a skilled project / programme manager and will be great at building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
