Hard working, fresh food Sous Chef needed To head up an exciting 4 hotel - Sheffield Sheffield - £20,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a snr Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous or existing Sous chef with a fresh food large hotel background, who would thrive in this branded hotel & restaurant environment. You are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100%. You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the hospitality sector by providing excellent standard of food and service. You will have a team of 8 chefs working alongside you to produce quality cuisine on offer through the fine dine restaurant, lounge/bar menu as well as large banqueting facilities.
