Due to growth a new opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Manager to join our friendly team here in Stoke. Working closely with our customer M&S, you will develop, implement and manage an onsite training and development plan to drive forward and upskill our talent at site. As well as leading the site`s Fast Track Talent Programme, you will be responsible for creating training resource materials and end user delivery training. We don`t micro manage at XPO, but that`s especially true in this role. You must be able to plan your own workload, motivate yourself and be able to identify and drive process changes. The role is fast paced, and you`ll need to be at a level where you feel comfortable presenting back L&D plans, progress and strategy to the customer and project team.
