Daily Duties Cook Vegetables Prepare and cook meat and poultry Maintain efficient use of resources in the kitchen Prepare hot and cold sandwiches Present menu items according to defined brand standards Produce cold starters and salads Prepare, operate and clean specialist food preparation and cooking equipment Complete kitchen documentation Set up and close kitchen Prepare and cook food to meet the requirements of allergy sufferers Order stock Employment rights and responsibilities in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sector This job was originally posted as
