Accounts Assistant The Job: Our client is after an experienced Accounts Assistant who will be able to juggle various tasks at once to meet the needs of clients, managers, staff, contractors & suppliers. The role will report to the Head of Finance The Client: Our client is an established 3-star hotel with c100 bedrooms situated in close proximity to the city centre The Essential Skills: Personal qualities required are: Must possess a minimum of 2 years finance & payroll experience, preferably gained within a Hotel Accounts team Possess minimum AAT Level 3 qualification Must possess experience of working with SAGE 50 necessary Experience of working with Hotsoft PMS preferred Experience of high volume purchase ledger is preferred Excellent accuracy skills and great attention to detail You possess good interpersonal skills, are guest orientated & service minded Proven standards of IT skills (Windows environment) and very good standards of numeracy & good standards of literacy (both verbal & written) Possess good team spirit Keeps a level & copes well under pressure Possess a strong sense of ethics Be autonomous & have a sense of responsibility The Package / Benefits / Opportunities The role is paying an annual salary of £20,000 company benefits James Webber Recruitment prides itself on providing the highest quality of hotel / restaurant staff and due to the high volume of applicants, please note that we will only be in contact with you if your application is successful.
