We are looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Team Leader, to lead the Customer Services and Administration team, providing excellent customer service to our customers internally and externally. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. The ideal candidate may have experience of managing a team, be used to dealing with high call volumes, and producing regular reports to management. You should have an excellent telephone manner, be able to prioritise workloads and be IT literate including the use of Microsoft packages and databases. You should be able to motivate yourself and the team and be a positive influence with the ability to innovate with creative problem solving. You should also be able to identify and implement process improvement. You should be organised and flexible in your approach and able to work under pressure whilst producing high standards of work consistently in a fast moving environment.
