A pioneering membership organisation with more than 110,000 members worldwide (across 140 countries) is recruiting for a talented Content Marketing Manager to join their Westminster based team. The Content Marketing Manager will work to develop and deliver the organisation's content marketing strategy. Collaborating with employees and other stakeholders the Content Marketing Manager will own, create, edit and update digital content for the Institution's websites, magazines, newsletters emails and social media channels with an aim to grow their membership further. This is a permanent opportunity paying circa £42,000 per annum plus benefits. Key responsibilities of the Content Marketing Manager: - Create and maintain digital content, including web pages, emails, postings for social media and video. - Optimise new and existing content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Use Google Analytics and other data to inform their decisions and regularly report back on how successful new content and changes to existing content have been. - Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the end-to-end content and user journey is correct, helpful, consistent with other channels and maintains a positive customer experience. - Ensure that digital content is supporting the organisation to meet its goals Background/Experience of the Content Marketing Manager: - A confident Content Editor able to commission high quality and engaging content - A brand champion - Experience of writing for the web and applying house style to copy and digital content. - Experience of creating, delivering and monitoring the success of social media campaigns. - Experience of using a variety of CMS systems and CSS - Experience of using Google/web analytics and insight, with a strong understanding of how to measure the success of content (SEO) - Customer Experience knowledge and understanding of accessibility guidelines. - Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels. - Ability to keep up to date with digital technology and trends, and deploying them to maximise customer experience.
