Role Description Working within the Credit Services Development and Delivery, this role is responsible for Customer Management files to clients as part of the Operations team. This is a critical part of our clients customer management solutions and Experian takes it role in supplying this information very seriously to ensure that correct customer decisions can be made by our clients. You will be expected to use the relevant tools and processes effectively to ensure Business As Usual (BAU) operational activities and project deliveries are achieved within the agreed service levels and to the quality expected by our clients. The technical administrator is expected to plan and maintain a schedule of activities to ensure that all deliveries, and processing can be completed within the system capacity, and that we have appropriate bandwidth to allow Quality Checks to be completed by our Data Intelligence Team prior to transmitting data to clients. You will be asked to identify service and process improvements that if implemented would result in the delivery of tangible benefits. You will also have accountability for the production and distribution of specific Management Information within agreed schedules and the maintenance of process documentation. Key Responsibilities: Schedule / Planning and Delivery of business as usual activities Manage and Maintain project delivery and processing schedules Client communication of any improvement, delays or impacts to agreed service levels Communication of schedules, and any alterations to all affected Experian teams Delivery of MI and DATA files to clients Delivery of ad-hoc deliveries or information to customers Maintenance of process documentation Incident Resolution/Operational activities Incidents and Operational activities prioritised in line with Service Level Agreements Accurate resolutions provided to customers to agreed timescales Offshore colleagues engaged within appropriate timescales Existing tools and processes are used to ensure consistency within the team in the delivery of the agreed level of service Continual Service Improvement Service/process improvements identified are reported for consideration to the team. Understand and participate in performance management processes. Actively contribute to a culture where the customers comes first in everything we do. Take personal responsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers. Skills and Experience: Essential: Exceptional time management Strong Customer focus Comfortable and efficient in the use of MS office and specifically in excel and word.
