German and Italian Speaking Support Specialist Contract: Permanent Salary: £21-26,000 per annum Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is urgently searching for a German and Italian Speaking Support Specialist to join our client’s team. You will need to have a keen interest in technology and a calm and helpful manner in order to be successful in this role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning international organisation and to work within a multi-national team. Role: This position is based within the global contact centre, and you will report to the Global Manager for EMEA. Your main focus will be to deal with first line support calls from a variety of sources and escalating issues when necessary. You will be responsible for entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support.
