HR Manager Berkshire Up to 60,000 per annum A great opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused, pro active HR Manager to join a fast paced professional services organisation based in the Berkshire area. With a lively and vibrant culture, this business are looking for their first ever HR professional to assist with the growth plans for the business moving forward. JOB PURPOSE To provide a full generalist provision to the wider business, coaching and guiding at all levels. To drive forward business performance through effective design and implementation of HR strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with senior stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor for all people related queries Take full responsibility for all HR activities with a focus on setting up the function from scratch Review and asses current HR policy and processes ensuring that they are fit for purpose Look at and contribute to the recruitment and development of talent working closely with expert groups to advise and guide in these areas Work with Managers to upskill them, coaching and guiding on how to deal with ER issues and performance management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED In order to be considered for this role you must: Have previous experience of acting as a standalone HR Manager within an organisation Have worked within an SME Have strong ER experience Be a confident influencer at all levels and enjoy coaching Line Managers Be either degree or CIPD qualified If you have experience of the above and are interested in finding out more about this role please call Katie Wilson on 0121 450 5030 or forward your CV to This job was originally posted as
