The temporary division of Robert Half is looking for a Finance Assistant to cover maternity for a period of up to 12 months. The main purpose of this role will be to support all financial administration work for the UK and ME Purchase Ledgers and to manage UK and ME Payroll functions. The main duties will include; Prepare and maintain petty cash,Daily Nominal Invoice Entry,Monthly Supplier reconciliations,Intrastat reporting for Arrivals,Staff Welfare report,Monthly Payroll and end of year Benefits/Dispensation reporting/P11D etc,Monthly Pension Returns,HR Staff lists,Royalty preparation reporting,Monthly Royalty Article checks,Daily Customer Royalty checks,Credit Cards and Personal expenses, sales and margin analysis, Other duties of the role will include; Liaising with Supply Chain, Liaising with Marketing Departments,Liaising with HR Department,Liaising with Inter-company/multi-national Finance departments, The ideal candidate will also have the following experience; Intermediate accounting knowledge,Excel knowledge to pivot table and v-lookup level,Ability to work in multi-currency accounting environment,Full Payroll experience,Sales Analysis Reporting,Purchase Ledger Management, Team Player The position of Finance Assistant will be paying up to £22k and there is free parking onsite .
