Client Direct Technical Facilities Manager – TFM - My client is an iconic site based in the heart of London. They require a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the operational and commercial performance of the grade 1 listed building. It is beneficial that you have previous experience of FM within a heritage environment, with direct experience at a grade 1 listed site ideal. You must however have excellent inter personal and communication skills and be confident in managing a multi skilled team, possessing good working knowledge of technical services. In return my client is offering a salary package of up to £57,000. Brief role description; Managing the delivery teams for all hard and soft services on the contract inclusive of Technical services both reactive and PPM, building fabric, cleaning, security, helpdesk, & reception. Manage and motivate both the in house and sub contracted delivery teams Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client. Support and lead the introduction of operational best practice into the contract Produce, monitor and improve the levels of customer satisfaction within the contract Manage the people resources effectively and efficiently to deliver the required services. Look for opportunities to organically grow the contract Responsible for Health & Safety within the two sites The candidate requirements Ideally BIFM qualified Technical qualifications NEBOSH or IOSH qualified Proven negotiation skills Able to work calmly and efficiently in a pressurized environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer focused - internal and external This job was originally posted as
