You: Reporting directly to the Managing Director you'll be an experienced billing-Manager, responsible for both building a profitable desk of your own and supporting the branch Recruitment Consultants to do the same This is a fast-paced and varied role with a company who will be opening 80 new branches in the next 7 years - we can offer LOTS of opportunities for progression. You'll set a great example for the team, leading from the front, building a high-billing desk of your own whilst ensuring that your team exceed their targets too. You'll have a proven background in successfully recruiting for the Healthcare or Driving/Industrial sectors. You'll maintain and develop branch performance and profitability in line with targets. You'll ensure at all times that the branch and its staff perform in a manner which will enhance our reputation as an effective and quality provider of recruitment agency services. You'll encourage and supervise staff training and development, including each staff member's Monthly Performance Review, developing their Personal Development Plan and supporting staff to work towards goals set. You'll identify new prospects and generate business for all sectors within the branch. You'll ensure branch staff achievement of their targets, working towards defined profit targets and activity KPI's.
