Payroll Administrator – Part Time – 3 Days a week. £40k FTE. A leading professional services group requires an experienced Payroll Administrator to work in a team of 2 processing a payroll for circa 1,000 employees. Responsible for a payroll of circa 1000 employees working in a team of 2. Supply payroll data to ADP within set deadlines. Maintain payroll procedural documentation and updating as required. Inputting data and changes into the HR systems- absence sickness etc. Preparing manual payments and supplying to ADP. Checking payroll data prior to submission. Reconciliation of all payments and deductions to payroll. Providing relevant payroll reports to HR and Finance. Distribute payslips, P60's and P45's Providing full support for all queries internally and with the third party provider. Candidates will need to have previous experience in a similar professional services organisation and excellent previous payroll processing experience. In addition candidates will need to have used ADP payroll systems previously. The role is for 3 days a week and there is some flexibility on when these days can be worked.
