We are currently recruiting for Service Desk Engineer (Print Specialist) to be based at our Head Office in Aldermaston within our 24 hour service desk. The successful Service Desk Engineer (Print Specialist) will be experienced in the follow key activities coupled with the essential skills and knowledge required to support our client. Key role responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. Collating incident information to aid in successfully determining the fault Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, constantly monitoring queues and working proactively with the team to close or re-route tickets, advising of a remote fix or engineer visit if appropriate Where possible, fixing tickets through effective diagnosis removing the requirement for an engineer to attend the customer site.
