Sales Revenue & Reservations Manager, Boutique Hotel, West London Up to £35,000 Bonuses and Benefits 5 Star Boutique Hotel is currently seeking an experienced Sales Revenue & Reservations Manager to join the team in this newly created role. As the Sales & Revenue Reservations Manager you will be responsible in sourcing potential new streams of business to maximise revenue in the corporate market. Your duties will also be responsible for pro-actively driving sales on bedrooms as well as identifying opportunities. To build and further develop relationships with existing and prospective new clients. Job Description As a Sales & Revenue Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for: Secure and develop opportunities to drive revenue and profit from the local markets To Survey competitor activity and market trends To work closely with the revenue function & General Manager to ensure aligned balanced Hotel objectives and performance Analyze contract performance To complete daily, weekly, months revenue data and reports Assist in the preparations of financial budgets Identifying potential clients to convert into corporate agreements Maintaining brand standards Training and development of staff in reservations and revenue teams Complete show rounds for new clients Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems Implement and manage an effective key account strategy within the sectors important to the hotel Support the Hotel commercial team to balance a Corporate and Leisure mix as defined by the hotel's strategy The Ideal candidate will be: An experienced Proactive Sales Manager with at least two/three years working in a boutique hotel environment Proven track record in proactive sales with a good understanding of data analysis Understanding and reviewing competitor analysis Experienced in strategy planning and forward thinking Be able to train, motivate and lead a small team in both reservations and revenue Experience working towards targets Focus on attention to detail Commercially aware of market trends Able to work closely with the hotels brand teams to ensure business strategies are consistent & aligned to driving financial performance Friendly and upbeat personality Able to produce monthly sales reports of activities, key opportunities, threats and planned actions. The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the boutique hotel environment.
