This is an exciting and highly sought after opportunity to join our client who are based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The HR function is planning and implementing a number of strategic projects which will transform the way in which they recruit manage and develop their people. This role is key to the successful build and delivery of fundamental people processes such as appraisal, talent management, succession planning, performance management and reward. Responsibilities will include: · Provide advice and guidance across a range of people change areas which may include; leadership development, talent development, organisational culture, resourcing and behavioural change management · Provide a facilitative and inclusive management style establishing and maintain productive, collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholders · Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence, engaging with stakeholders across the business to identify and understand people change needs, priorities and insights · Support in the development of people change management plans and individual project plans in line with the organisation’s methodology · Ensure projects deliver the required results within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits · Conduct end stage and final reviews, resulting in recommendations for change/improvement where needed · Develop appropriate MI to track and analyse people change and benefits realisation With strong Project Management skills, you will offer experience of working within an HR/L&D function and experience of managing change. With a strong passion for analysing and producing MI often to Board Level you will also demonstrate excellent experience of building effective working relationships cross functionally. Commercial and financial awareness is essential along with outstanding communication skills which will evidence how you engage at all levels within a business.
