About The Role We are looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our field based team supporting our customers across the North, North East and East Midlands. You will install, maintain and service our range of access control, CCTV and alarm solutions – we have over 1200 customers across the UK, the majority being small and medium sized businesses, but we also count Norwich City FC and Force India Formula 1 team among our customers. We also sell DOC – a patented defibrillator, which addresses and overcomes many of the shortfalls of standard AEDs and is currently installed in places such as The Gherkin and Saracens Rugby Club. About You Our ideal engineer/technician should possess the following: ? Experience of installation, commissioning and service of access control and CCTV ? Good knowledge of computers, networking and routers ? The ability to fit a fuse spur ? The ability to train users on solutions and a good customer facing manner ? A Full UK driving licence ? CRB check will be conducted for accreditation purposes, please enquire if you have questions ? Experience of biometrics is not necessary as full training will be given. Salary: In return for the above, Almas offer a competitive basic salary plus a bonus for each call/product installed. OTE for this role is in excess of £32,000. We also operate an out of Hours support rota (VERY Rare call out) Location: This role will entail travel on a daily basis around the North, North East/ East Midlands. your ideal location would be Sheffield/ Leeds or surrounding areas.
