Role: Interim Reward Specialist Location: Somerset, South West - Commutable from Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil, Street, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Weston Super Mare, Warminster, Trowbridge Salary: £200 - £350 per day DOE excellent benefits Ambridge Harris have been engaged by our established international client based in Somerset in order to recruit an Interim Reward Specialist to join this busy department. This is a full time support position for a period of 3-4 months in order to assist with the Modelling Phase of our clients Annual Pay Review. Key Duties: Review people who are currently paid below minimum and agree approach with each country in advance of pay review Check functionality of pay modellers and update each modeller in accordance with proposed pay solution for each country in Asia Pacific Download data from SAP and load modellers Download survey data and load modellers Design pay matrices per country Run analysis and prepare recommendations re pay range uplifts, and deployment of pay review budget by country (including C2M) Benchmark and prepare recommendations for all non-UK based Asia Pac Grade 7's pay ranges Co-ordinate pay review outcomes and communications for Asia Pac-based ex pats Review all Exceptions and prepare recommendations Feed outcomes into overall summary for approval at EMT in January 2017 The Candidate: Demonstrable International Reward background essential.
