HR Manager - Regional / Mobile Role Areas to cover: Birmingham, Stafford, Manchester, Leeds, Bradford, York. Ideal Base s : North Midlands , Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton Salary: £ 30,000 – £ 3 7 ,000 plus car allowance of £250 per month This role is 100% mobile An organisation who are a leader in their sector with a strong brand name currently have a requirement for a high calibre HR Manager. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive HR Manager to support the HRBP direct HR strategy and activity to support business objectives and issues. Ideally this role will suit someone moving from a Senior HR Advisor role looking to move into their first HR Manager position. HR Manager – Responsibilities : · Understand the company HR strategy, plans and vision · Supporting a large employee base of white collar employees. · Supporting with complex / high risk ER cases · Build strong relationships with Business Unit Managers · Implement new cultures, values and behaviours · Working closely the management teams to implement the HR strategy and vision · Develop and implement the People Plan for your region · Developing management capability to implement the company plans · You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions. · Build positive relationships with your managers to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy · Develop and implement succession plans · Focus on Employee Engagement to ensure that employees connect with and commit to the business strategy, feel valued, are inspired to perform to the best of their ability. · Work on recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the best talent is available to the business · Implement strategies to encourage high performance culture HR Manager – S kills and E xperience Required: · To be considered for this role you will have worked in large complex businesses. · Multi site experience is essential – This role covers multiple sites across the North Midlands , Manchester, Leeds, York, Bradford and Stafford . · This is 100% mobile so you will manage your own time and diary. · Experience of working in a complex, commercial, multi-divisional organisation · Significant experience of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, Talent Management, Succession planning, TUPE, Change Management and employee relations. · To be considered for this position you must have the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence and engage at all levels · You will have worked in a fast paced environment · You will have the ability to understand and implement business strategy.
