My Birmingham based client is looking for a Reward Specialist to join their team on an interim basis, this is a short based assignment so you must be able to start quickly and commit to the entirety of the role. This position benefits from a central location, with easy access to the train network. The project will be focused upon Reward and the implementation and design of a new bonus scheme, both for their sales force and their executive team. As this is short term, initially you will be assessing the structure of their workforce and creating a guide which can be re used to calculate remuneration. In addition to this, you will be also be creating a policy which can referred to upon your exit, which both justifies and explains the reasoning behind the reward structure. As this is an interim role, it is essential that you are immediately available for work and you must be able to work autonomously as you will be classed a specialist in this area.
