JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE: Sous Chef Aim of the Role Having built a reputation for quality food and service at a 3 AA Rosette level, as a Sous Chef your efforts will be focused around supporting the Head Chef and guiding the team you work with to ensure the maintenance and improvement of this standard. On the Head Chef’s time away from the kitchen, you will be responsible for the management and running of all aspects of food, the kitchen and the team within it, ensuring GP’s and Food Safety/Health & Safety Standards are met at all times.Your aspiration is to learn to do the Head Chef role to the required group standard. JOB TITLE: Chef de Partie Aim of the role You will be responsible as a Chef de Partie for the running of your section, supporting the senior kitchen brigade whilst directing and working with less experienced members of the team to help the team deliver food of a multi-rosette standard to our guests.
