As Sales Manager for Terry Smiths Coffins, you will help us to explore and develop new business opportunities as well as maintain and develop a panel of existing customer accounts supporting the delivery of growth targets whilst maintaining profitability and excellent customer service. You will deliver sales and potential new opportunity briefings to management team. As a key member of the Team you will be required to bring in new business sales to achieve targets in line with the annual budgets by managing current customer relationships and identifying advertising opportunities through traditional and digital media. You will be self-motivated, a team player and have the ability to work on own initiative. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, client focused with good relationship building skills. With a strong sales background and you will be able to challenge poor standards and enhance the team's performance through positive action and dialogue. It is essential to have account and relationship management experience and a proven track record of profitable business development and face to face experience I in a challenging environment. To hold or be committed to working towards an ISMM Level 3 Certificate.
