The Role Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for for a services business moving Payroll to Milton Keynes. In the position of Payroll Administrator you will support the Payroll and Benefits manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll and to provide all associated information from the payroll to finance. Other key duties include: Process all Starters and Leavers on a monthly basis. Update all Tax code changes, Salary increases and bonus/commission payments. Daily inputting of Sick notes, Holiday requests. Kept abreast of legislative changes & implementing them. Process monthly Timesheets SMP, SSP, SPP, Holiday Pay, & all Pension Schemes. Assist with the annual processing of P35 Company Tax Return for PAYE. Assist with the annual processing of P11D Returns. Daily dealings with e-mails, phone calls and all staff queries regarding payroll, overtime and various items. Assist with Annual Salary increases through payroll and pension Schemes. Private Medical, Dental, Child Care Voucher Scheme - joiners, leavers, monthly deductions, and processing monthly invoices where relevant. Assist with the processing of all monthly payments to outside vendors connected through payroll - Local tax office, Inland revenue, student Loans, Pensions, Union due and subscriptions, local courts and Child support agencies. Assist with annual Payroll/HR Audits - Internal & External. Ad hoc payroll and benefit requests Ø Provide admin payroll support as needed. Your Profile The successful candidate with need to have previous payroll experience managing the process from start to finish Ability to manage own portfolio of clients working within a close knit team environment Attention to detail ad herring to tight month end deadlines Strong communication skills being able to resolve both internal/external queries The Company Services related business who are in the process of moving Payroll to Milton Keynes.
