Our Client, a leading firm with offices across South Wales are currently looking to recruit a full time Conveyancing Legal Secretary to work within their Cardiff Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will have the following skills - •Digital dictation (audio typing) •Conveyancing searches •Updating and Creating Excel spread sheet reports •Creating mail merge documentation •Dealing with clients by phone, taking messages and general calls •Filing, electronic filing, undertaking electronic property searches and general admin duties such as faxing, scanning and photocopying •Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings •Experience of using and downloading documents from Land Registry Direct •Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner and client care expertise are essential •Ability to self manage a large workload in a busy Team This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66743507
